DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: The item is non-returnable. Stains remain on the fabric surface if it is left to dry naturally after rain or snow, resulting in a longer drying process. The stains can be removed by washing the jacket and drying it in a tumble dryer. After washing with detergents, it is recommended to rinse the jacket with water only, using the rinse cycle to remove excess residues. Dry in a tumble dryer at a low temperature.If left to dry naturally, a prolonged drying/soaking process may occur, causing the appearance of stains.
